i will be moving to australia soon and since the local government is thinking about implementing a blocklist, i was wondering if there will be any oceanic/australian servers or if the speed utilising the american servers is decent enough, respectively.

secondly, i was just wondering: are services like rapidshare seen as illegal usage? i use them for sending stuff to friends rather often...
