Ill try and keep this as professional as possible

So heres the service i have gotten..

I bought the VPN it did work and was good ( Congratz on that ) But thats not the only thing to running a company its also customer support. Thats where you guys lack. Im unable to use the VPN bcuz the stuff i use on a normal basis is blocked ( not a big deal as u can open ports ) but to have a port open has taken a month. And is still not open. I sent the email on 12/15/08 it is now 1/20/08 and iv yet to hear they were gonna open it. You guys say u went to Dubai. Well cool.. Glad u guys had the chance to go there. But does that mean not answering your PAYING customers support tickets cuz u want to go on vacation? Why not remote into ur servers to do it or have somebody to cover for u. U guys did say u will give a 15 pct refund.. TBH i bought 3 months so far 1/3 months has been no service what so ever by u guys so i feel there should be more then a 15 pct refund.

Now should u go with this company?

The servers connect fine and run fast.. But what if something goes wrong? Wanna wait a month to get the service u need??

I was gonna go and buy the $50 for a year subscription but i have reconsidered if all they can supply is a 15 pct refund for the time i was not able to get customer support cuz they was on vacation and had nobody to cover em id rather pay another company to use their VPN service and pay more and at least know when i email em that i will get a response. So id say dont go with this company unless they can fix their mistakes
