Can not connect to either US or Canada one
But other VPN services work fine

I cannot connect to the US server. I was able to get onto the Canadian server to begin the registration process. After I have installed the VPN, I get a 720 error "cannot connect to remote server". Is anyone else experiencing this problem? After looking at the posts, it seems this has been a problem over 24 hours. I am also trying to connect from the UAE which blocks VOIP hence the reason I have the VPN. Is it possible that the connection to the VPN could be blocked as well?
