VPN account no longer works

If your VPN account suddenly stopped working and/or you receive error 619 ("Unknown username/password), that means one of the following two reasons:

1) Credit card expired or VPN subscription was canceled by a buyer and VPN account was deleted due to non payment. Resolution - please resubscribe and pay your subscription fees

2) If you believe that your account was deleted by mistake from our side - please do not hesitate to contact us and for faster assistance please provide latest payment receipt to Blacklogic Inc.
