There are can be several problems:

1) Your firewall/antivirus software blocks VPN connections. Try to disable the firewall/antivirus and re-connect again.

2) Your ISP restricts PPTP VPN connections. Try to use IPSEC/L2TP instead of PPTP. Please, e-mail us.

3) IPSEC/L2TP does not work. Try to switch your VPN connection to SSTP type.

4) All VPN connections are blocked. Please, e-mail us. We'll setup an OpenVPN for you.
