 Post subject: Bandwidth limited?

My first day as a subscriber. Tried all the servers and i can download only at 90 kb/s even using my rapidshare premium account. My connection is 3mb and without the VPN i download the same arquive from rapidshare at 300 kb/s. What is wrong?
