Refund Policy
1) We DO NOT offer Unconditional refund (i.e. refunds will NOT be granted if you say "change your mind")
2) We do not offer any refund for slow working p2p programs.
3) If you are unable to configure your VPN connection within 7 days and we are unable to help you - we'll gladly grant you a refund.
4) Refunds are granted only if the service does not work.
5) All refund requests must be filled within 7 days from the date of an account activaction. Refunds are issued within 10 business days.

I'm up and working now, easy set up. So far looks good.
Blacklogic is great. Service is fast and cheap - $100 for a whole year. My location blocks Hulu and iTunes and Blacklogic restores my access.
